Week 10 is super fun

Hadley is finding her voice more and more and really loves playing! Right now her favorite things are smiling, cooing, and hanging out on her changing table. She has a few more belly laughs and really enjoys having visitors. Best of all, she sleeps through the night on a regular basis now. 9pm-6am nightly makes for a happy mom and dad

Week 9: Miles of smiles

Since my post was so late last week, I don't have too much to report. I can tell you though that Hadley is a super duper awesome smiler. She loves to giggle and play - and she thinks Mom and Dad are the bees knees. She thinks that I lick her hands and feet too much, but I don't care. I'm going to keep doing it. Enjoy these photos!

2 Months of Awesome

I apologize for the delayed post - Mom told me I had to wait until we hit Hadley's official 2-month birthday. As you can see, we didn't quite get a chance to have her 2-month sticker photo shoot. There's a good reason for that: she got a bunch of vaccinations today at the doctor and she was too sleepy to get her picture taken.

That being said, I'll post some pictures in the 9-week update (or maybe tomorrow in their own post) with her 2 month sticker :) Fear not! I won't deprive you of her cuteness.

At 8 weeks, Hadley weighs 10 lbs, 10 ozs and measures 21.5 inches. She's getting so big! And boy, oh boy, she is super smiley and giggly these days. It is so much fun! She also really loves playing on her activity mat, which is fun for her but not so much for me. Mom and Dad are always yelling at me to stay away from her when she's playing on the floor. They're worried I'll step on her, but honestly - I'm always super careful. Aunt Mel came to visit this week. It was great! She played sock with me and let me sleep with her. She also played nicely with Hadley, and I didn't even mind when she held her.

Things Hadley really likes: her activity mat, Mom and Dad, smiling, bath time, when Mommy sings "Old McDonald" but puts in real people instead of farm animals, Daddy styling my hair into a mohawk

Things Hadley doesn't like: getting shots, having her diaper changed at 4am, going for stroller walks during feeding times (Mom's fault)
